• Nutrition data derived from your messages (foods logged, portion sizes, macros)
• Basic profile information you provide (age, sex, timezone) for calculating nutrition targets

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Annika nutrition tracking service
• Calculate and store your daily nutrition totals
• Generate your personal dashboard
• Send you SMS responses to your messages
• Improve the accuracy of nutrition estimates

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

SMS Messaging

By texting Annika, you consent to receive SMS messages in response. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for assistance.

Annika uses Twilio to process SMS messages. Twilio's privacy policy applies to the transmission of messages. We do not store the content of messages beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

Data Storage

Your nutrition data is stored securely and associated with your phone number. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your personal dashboard is accessible only via a private token-based link.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of the service at any time by texting STOP
